The following are the tests that we offer on our requisition form.

| 86038 | Anti-nuclear Antibody Identification. Looks for general autoimmune disease. |
| 88342 | Stained smear with photo documentation of findings (2 photos). Looks for anything abnormal such as a blood-born pathogen or bacteremia. |
| 87207 | Traditional Giemsa Stain Thin and Thick prep (included with 88342). Traditional stain used for blood parasites. |
| 86753 | Babesia microti IgG IFA identification including endpoint titers. Looks for antibodies to babesia microti. |
| 86618x13 | Borrelia burgdorfi MarDX Western Blot IgG & IgM. Looks for antibodies to lyme disease. We perform this test according to CDC criteria and it is an FDA-approved test. |
| 86666x2 | Ehrlichia Panel (IgG antibodies E. chaffeensis and Anaplasma). Looks for antibodies to ehrlichia and anaplasma IgG. |
| 86611x4 | Bartonella henselae & quintana IFA identification IgG & IgM. Looks for antibodies to bartonella henselae and quintana. |
| 86757x2 | Rocky Mountain Spotted Fever IgG antibodies (not included in Package Profile). Looks for IgG antibodies to Rocky Mountain Spotted Fever. |
| 86000x6 | Febrile Antigen Well-Felix anti-body test (not included in Package Profile). Looks for general rickettsial antibodies. |
